【摘要】 目的观察自制中药洗剂局部外洗加特定电磁波(TDP)照射治疗老年下肢慢性溃疡的临床疗效。方法将98例老年下肢慢性溃疡的患者随机分成实验组51例和对照组47例。实验组应用自制中药洗剂外洗加特定电磁波(TDP)照射治疗,对照组使用常规外科换药治疗,观察溃疡创面愈合时间、治愈率,并进行统计学处理。结果实验组的溃疡创面愈合时间为(19.61±0.29)日,对照组的溃疡创面愈合时间为(27.23±0.24)日;实验组治愈42例,治愈率82.4%,对照组治愈24例,治愈率51.1%。2组溃疡创面愈合时间及治愈率比较均有显著性差异(P<0.001,P<0.01)。结论自制中药洗剂外洗加TDP照射治疗老年下肢慢性溃疡具有治愈时间短、治愈率高、使用方便、价格低廉等优点,具有实用性及推广应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of combination traditional Chinese herbs lotion with electromagnetic wave irradiation on geriatric patients with chronic lower limber ulcer.Methods 98 patients were divided into experimental group(n=51) and control group(n=47). Patients in the experimental group were treated with traditional Chinese herbs lotion with electromagnetic wave irradiation.Patients in the control group were given routine dressing change.The healing time for the ulcer and the cure rate were observed in both groups.Results The healing time for the ulcer in the experimental group and the control group was(19.61±0.29) days and (27.23±0.24) days respectively(P<0.001).The cure rate in the experimental group and the control group was 82.4% and 51.1 % respectively(P<0.01).Conclusion The method of combination traditional Chinese herbs lotion with electromagnetic wave irradiation on geriatric patients with chronic lower limber ulcer has short curing time,high cure rate and convenient operation and is worth promoting.更多还原
