【摘要】 目的观察心痛治滴丸治疗无症状性心肌缺血的临床疗效。方法对46例无症状性心肌缺血患者应用心痛治滴丸治疗,观察动态心电图、血液流变学及甲襞微循环等变化。结果治疗后动态心电图显示心肌缺血明显好转,血液流变学各项指标及甲襞微循环明显改善(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论心痛治滴丸具有降低血液黏滞性、聚集性及凝固性,改善甲襞微循环,从而改善心肌缺血,是治疗冠心病心肌缺血的有效药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of Xintongzhi drop pill on asymptomatic myocardial ischemia. Methods 46 patients with asymptomatic myocardial ischemia were administrated Xintongzhi drop pill. The change of dynamic electrocardiogram,hemorrheology and nail wall microcirculation of the patients were observed. Results The dynamic electrocardiogram showed that patients’ myocardial ischemia were obviously improved. The indexes of hemorrheology and nail wall microcirculation also significantly improved (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion Xintongzhi drop pill can decrease the viscosity, agregation and coagulation of the blood, improve nail wall microcirculation and thus palliate the patients’ myocardial ischemia. Xintongzhi drop pill is an effective medicine to cure myocardial ischemia.更多还原
