【摘要】 目的观察舒血宁注射液治疗偏头痛患者的临床疗效。方法治疗组41例,予舒血宁注射液静脉滴注,对照组40例,予低分子右旋糖酐静脉滴注。对比2组疗效,并观察2组治疗前后血液流变学指标的变化。结果治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01),且血液流变学指标变化较对照组治疗后比较有显著性意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论舒血宁注射液治疗偏头痛治疗确切,且能够明显改善血液流变学指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of migraine treated by Shuxuening injection. Methods 81 patients with migraine were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in control group ( n = 40) were treated by low molecular dextran. And patients in treatment group ( n = 41) were treated by Shuxuening injection. Changes of index of hemorheol-ogy were observed in both groups. Result The changes of index of hemorheology in the treatment group were superior to those in the control group. The total effective rate in treatment group (96.00%) was higher than that in control group (68.00% , P < 0.01) . Conclusion Shuxuening injection has a definite effect on migraine, and can improve index of hemorheology .更多还原
