【摘要】 目的观察心脑宁胶囊对冠心病心肌缺血的治疗作用。方法患者随机分为治疗组45例, 采用常规西药加心脑宁胶囊治疗;对照组45例,单用常规西药治疗。2组均连续用药1个月,观察治疗前后临床症状、心电图的ST-T改变、肝肾功能等。结果治疗组在减少心绞痛发作、改善心电图心肌缺血等方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心脑宁胶囊对冠心病心肌缺血具有较好的治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe therapeutic effect of Xinnaoning capsule on myocardial ischemia with coronary artery disease.Method 90 cases with myocardial ischemia with coronary artery disease were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in control group ( n = 45) were treated only by routine therapy. Patients in treatment group ( n = 45) were treated by combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine. Result Improvement of symptoms of angina pectoris, ECG and myocardial ischemia in treatment group were superior to those in control group ( P < 0.05). Conclusion Xinnaoning capsule showed better effect on treatment of myocardial ischemia with coronary artery disease.更多还原
