【摘要】 目的观察中医辨证分型配合激光治疗视网膜静脉阻塞的临床疗效。方法采用局部与全身辨证相结合的方法将视网膜静脉阻塞患者147例154只眼分为肝郁气滞、肝阳上亢、阴虚瘀热、痰瘀郁滞4型采用中药治疗,待眼底出血大部分吸收,行眼底荧光血管造影检查,对有视网膜无灌注区、新生血管或严重黄斑囊样水肿者配合视网膜光凝治疗。结果154只眼治愈47例,好转57.8例,未愈18例,总有效率88.3%。结论中医辨证治疗可促进视网膜出血、水肿吸收,减轻静脉怒张,改善血循环,减轻光凝引起的副作用,促进视网膜功能恢复,保护视功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective to observe the effect of combination of syndrome differentiation of Traditional Chinese Medicine and laser treatment on retinal vein occlusion.Methods 154 eyes of 147 patients with retinal vein occlusion were divided into 4 types according to syndrome differentiation of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The eyes were treated by TCM. If necessary (serious cystoid macular edema), combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and laser photocoagulation were used. After absorption of fundus hemorrhage, fundus fluorescein angiography was carried on. Results Cure rate of 154 eyes was 47/154;total effective rate of 154 eyes was 88.3%.Conclusion Syndrome differentiation of Traditional Chinese Medicine can improve absorption of retinal hemorrhage and edema, blood circulation, and decrease side effect induced by laser photocoagulation, protect retinal function.更多还原
