【摘要】 目的观察止咳定喘汤与丹参注射液、当归注射液穴位注射联合应用对慢性支气管炎的临床疗效。方法132例慢性支气管炎患者随机分为治疗组72例,对照组60例,2组每日均服止咳定喘汤1剂,治疗组加丹参注射液、当归注射液穴位注射隔日1次,20日为1个疗程。根椐治疗前后症状变化评定疗效。结果治疗组72例,显效率69.4%,总有效率97.2%;对照组60例,显效率43.3%,总有效率80.0%。2组比较,显效率、总有效率均有显著性差异(P均<0.05)。结论止咳定喘汤与丹参注射液、当归注射液联合应用对慢性支气管炎有较好的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective to study the effect of combination of Zhikedingchuan Decoction and acupuncture injection on chronic bronchitis.Methods 132 patients with chronic bronchitis were divided into control group (n=60), which were treated by Zhikedingchuan Decoction, and treatment group (n=72), which were treated by combination of Zhikedingchuan Decoction and acupuncture injection of Danshen injection and Angelica Scienisis injection. Results Total effective rate in treatment group (97.2%) was significant higher than that in control group (80.0%,P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of Zhikedingchuan Decoction and acupuncture injection can effectively treat chronic bronchitis.更多还原
