【摘要】 目的　观察紫丹活血片治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法　将5 4例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为2组,对照组2 2例给予西医常规治疗,治疗组32例在对照组患者用药的基础上加紫丹活血片口服,2组均连续用药2周。结果　冠心病心绞痛总有效率治疗组87.5 % ,对照组4 5 .5 % (P <0 .0 1) ;心电图总有效率治疗组71.9% ,对照组31.8% (P <0 .0 5 ) ;治疗后冠心病心绞痛发作次数及持续时间治疗组均明显优于对照组(P <0 .0 1或P <0 .0 5 ) ,并治疗组降低血脂指标优于对照组(P <0 .0 5 )。结论　紫丹活血片具有治疗冠心痛心绞痛和降低血脂的双重作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect o f Zidanhuoxue tablet on coronary heart disease angina pectoris.Methods 54 patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris were randomly divi ded into 2 groups.22 patients in control group were treated with routine therapy ;32 patients in treatment group, on the basis of control group, were given Zida nhuoxue tablet, two tablets once,three times a day, with a treatment course of t wo weeks for both groups.Results The total effective rate in tr eatment group was 87.5%,which was 45.5% in control group, there was a significan t difference between two groups (P<0.01);the total effective rate in ECG i n treatment group was 71.9%,which was 31.8% in control group (P<0.05).The on set frequency and persistence time of angina pectoris in treatment group were ob viously superior to those of control group.The parameters of blood lipid in trea tment group was also superior to those of control group (P<0.05).Con clusion Zidanhuoxue tablet is effective in treating coronary heart dise ase angina coronary ,which can decrease blood lipid.更多还原
