“YOYO”在青少年足球运动员体能训练中的应用

【摘要】 体能是球类运动,尤其是身体直接对抗的球类运动达到高水平的基础。没有高度发展的体能水平,就不可能在激烈的比赛中发挥高超的运动技术,达到有效的战术配合。对高水平运动员来说,体能的训练一定要结合其专项,脱离专项的一般体能训练是不合理的,这一点必须引起教练员足够的重视。经过研究表明“YOYO”测试方法符合足球运动规律,完全可以用来进行足球运动员的体能训练。

【Abstract】 Physical strength is the basis for reaching high level in ball games, especially in the games requiring direct confrontations. Without highly developed physical strength, it would not be possible for the players to make play of their skills in fierce competition and would not achieve effective strategic cooperation. For the exceptional players, their physical strength training should go along with their special item. Normal training with special item is unreasonable, to which sufficient importance should be paid. Findings show that the testing method of YOYO conforms to the laws of sports, which can fully be applied to football players’ physical strength training.
