【摘要】 目的总结分析肝外伤患者的诊治经验。方法对21例肝外伤患者选择性地进行手术或非手术治疗,同时努力做好术后并发症的预防及治疗。结果21例肝外伤中保守治愈8例,手术治愈12例,术后死亡1例(死因为术后胆漏合并感染性休克),术后合并肺部感染1例,左侧胸腔积液1例,切口感染2例。结论对肝外伤患者应及早作出正确诊断,选择有效的治疗方式,可提高肝脏外伤患者的治愈率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the experiences in treating liver injury.Methods The conservative or operative treatment was selected for 21 cases of liver injury. Prevention and treatment of postoperative complications were performed at the same time. Results Among 21 patients, 8 cases were treated by conservative way. 12 cases were treated by operation. After operation 1 patient died because of bile leakage and septic shock. 1 case was complicated with lung infection. 1 case was with pleural effusion and 2 cases with incision infection. Conclusion Early correct diagnosis and effective treatment for patients with liver injury might get better treatment results.更多还原
