【摘要】 目的　探讨改良ELISA一步法检测小儿腹泻粪便的轮状病毒 ,为临床提供可靠的诊断依据。方法　应用快速轮状病毒抗原酶标诊断试剂盒 (RotaFast)进行改良的ELISA一步法检测小儿腹泻粪便轮状病毒抗原 695例。结果　经检测小儿腹泻粪便 695例 ,阳性率达 75 .97% ( 5 2 8/695 )。结论　改良ELISA一步法检测小儿粪便轮状病毒 ,具有快速、敏感 ,方法简单 ,结果准确等优点更多还原

【Abstract】 Obiective To investigate the method of modified ELISA one-step in detecting human rotavirus in child’s stool in order to provide reliable diagnostic basis for clinical diagnosis.Methods 695 specimens of children’s stool were tested by modified ELISA one-step method with Rotafst for detecting human rotavirus.Results Among 695 specimens,positive rate was 75.97% (528/695).Conclusion The modified ELISA one-step method is fast,sensitive,simple and accuracy in detecting human rotavirus in child’s stool.更多还原
