【摘要】 目的　评价彩色超声和PPG(光电容积描述 )检测下肢静脉倒流性疾病中的作用以及相对适应证。方法　对 116例病人 118条下肢血管造影已经确定的病例 ,进行彩色超声和光电容积描记检查 ,对检查结果进行分析。结果　彩色超声与金标准血管造影的结果显示差异无显著 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,光电容积描记的检查结果与彩色超声比较其检测的敏感率为 94.0 3 % ,特异度为 89%、准确度 75 %。结论　光电容积描记由于其方便 ,易于操作可作为初步筛查、术后复查以及普查。彩色超声较为准确可作为术前的重要信息 ,尤其是交通静脉病变的诊断。静脉造影为最终的检查手段更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine the role of color ultrasonography and photoplethsmography (PPG) in the diagnosis of venous reflux in the lower extremities.Methods Color ultrasonography,venography and PPG were used in 118 patients,the examination results were compared.Results There was no significant difference for evaluating venous reflux in the femoral popliteal venous between color ultrasongrphy and venography.The degree of accuracy of PPG in evaluating venous reflux was 75%,sensitivity was 94.03% and specificity was 89%,as compared with those of color ultrasonography.Conclusion PPG as the first test is often used in venous insufficient disease (before and after operation),ultrasonography can provide sufficient and accurate information,especially in communicating venous,venousgraphy is the latest test for chronic venous insufficient disease.更多还原
