【摘要】 目的探讨腹腔镜技术在急性胆囊炎治疗中的应用、处理方法及并发症的防治。方法回顾分析168例腹腔镜技术治疗急性胆囊炎临床资料及治疗结果。结果行腹腔镜胆囊切除术168例,成功163例;肝外胆管损伤1例、胆囊动脉出血1例、中转开腹5例。结论腹腔镜技术治疗急性胆囊炎所遇情况复杂多变,随着腹腔镜胆囊切除术经验积累,掌握手术技巧,可降低手术难度,减少手术并发症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the clinical application,methods and the prevention of complication in the treatment of acrte cholecystitis by laparoscopy.Methods 168 cases of acute cholecystitis treated by laparoscopy were retrospectively analysed.Results 168 cases were performed laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC),163 Cases obtained succeseful result.One case was extrahepatic bile duct injury,one case had cystic artery bleeding.5 cases were turned to laparotomy.Conclusion:Although the coditions that emergent laparoscopic cholecystectomy encounter were complicated and variable,along with the accumulation of experience and the development of surgical skill,diffculty and complication in LC may greatly fecreased.更多还原
