【摘要】 目的:探索红外热像图仪对腰椎间盘突出症的诊断价值。方法:选择符合腰椎间盘突出症诊断的患者53例,运用红外热像图仪采集其人体背面腰以下半身的红外热像图进行对比分析。结果:53例腰椎间盘突出症的红外热像图为:腰骶部呈向患侧偏斜、增大的长条形红色或深红色,患肢呈蓝色或浅绿色,与CT、MRI检查结果一致。结论:红外热像图对腰椎间盘突出症有很好的诊断价值,尤其是对病症的病理影响性质和范围提供了客观评价的方法,有CT、MRI不可替代的独特作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the value of infrared thermograms(ITG) on diagnosis of intervertebral disc protrusion(IDP).Methods: 53 cases of IDP diagnosed up to the current standard were examined by using TG equipment.Results: All cases showed some sort of a typical picture pattern—a long mass of red or/and deep red color along the lumbar region,while the affected leg was blue or/and green.It corresponded with the reports of CT or MRI.Conclusion: ITG plays a good role in diagnosis of IDP.Compared with CT/MRI,it has additional function,which could be used to detect the range and character of the illness.更多还原
