【摘要】 目的 :研究空心莲子草类盐注射液治疗汉滩病毒 (HTNV)感染乳鼠的疗效。方法 :应用正交设计 ,选择空心莲子草类盐注射液剂量为 2 0 0mg·kg-1·d-1对感染HTNV 76 / 118株的乳鼠进行治疗 ,采用微量细胞培养结合直接免疫荧光法和逆转录 聚合酶链反应 (RT PCR)检测治疗后乳鼠不同组织中的病毒滴度和病毒核酸。结果 :空心莲子草类盐注射液能减轻乳鼠发病症状 ,降低死亡率 ,延长平均生存天数 ;乳鼠脑、心、肺、脾、肾等脏器中感染性病毒滴度下降 ;空心莲子草类盐能加快血液中HTNV76 / 118的清除。同时研究结果也显示空心莲子草类盐注射液抗HT NV 76 / 118株的作用类似病毒唑。结论 :空心莲子草类盐注射液在体内对HTNV感染乳鼠有治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study antiviral effect of griseb injection on Hantaan virus (HTNV) infecting suckling mice. Methods: The dose of griseb injection at 200 mg·kg -1 ·d -1 was chosen by orthogonal design. Micro-well cell culture, directly immunofluorescence assay and reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) were adopted to observe different tissues of suckling mice through detecting virus titers and HTNV-RNA after the mice were treated. Results: The group of griseb injection was shown with fewer symptoms as infected by the virus, lower the death rates of mice, and the increasing median survival time. Not only the infectious viral titers were reduced in the mice tissues such as brain, heart, lung, spleen and kidney, but also the virus existing in the blood were eliminated after treatment for 10 days. Furthermore, the antiviral effect of griseb injection was similar to that of the ribavirin. Conclusion: The griseb injection has therapeutic effect on suckling mice in fected with Hantaan Virus.更多还原
