【摘要】 通过建立一系列评价指标,利用GIS强大的数据采集和空间分析功能,对城市土地质量评价方法进行了探讨,主要包括利用GIS进行数据采集、空间数据库建立与空间分析和土地质量评价3个方面.从评价结果发现:城市土地质量受经济水平影响显著,土地质量与其所在地的地形地貌特征密切相关,土地质量线性分布明显.利用GIS对城市土地质量进行评价的结果,较好的反映了自然、人文和社会经济条件等多因素对土地质量的综合影响,其方法切实可行,具有传统的评价不可比拟的优越性.更多还原

【Abstract】 Urban land qualities was evaluated by using GIS tools,the program includ data collection,database building and land qualities evaluating.Conclusion was drawn that urban land qualities distrbition was affected obviously by economic level and landforms,on the other hand,land qualities have linear distrbition characteristic.The evaluated results of urban land qualities by using GIS tools,have witnessed that urban land qualities distrbition was affected by natural factors,social factors and humanities factors.it is feasible and advantageous to evaluate urban land qualities by using GIS tools.更多还原
