【Abstract】 As a new social development viewpoint and value viewpoint, the continuous development is a kind of structural integrated conception. Advancing the ability of human society living and developing is its basis meaning. Exploring the management system of continuous development in higher normal university should reform management system in the internality of Higher Normal University, in order to perform the tactic of continuous development; and pay attention to the problem of recruiting students and taking up an occupation in higher normal university, in order to preserve continuous development in higher normal university; and deepen social reformation of logistics in higher normal university, in order to free from obstruction of restricting development in higher normal university; and advance interchange and co-operation between higher normal university and international along the way of international education,in order to realize the continuous development in higher normal university.更多还原
