【Abstract】 Water is the most powerful determinant of maintaining a healthy wetland eco-system,while wetland acts as a special adjustment to water resources. To maintain a healthy wetland eco-system is particularly essential to the sustainable development of China’s economy. Presently, the process of degeneration and even disappearance of wetland is speeding up as a result of its disorderly utilization.
