一个病毒传染模型的稳定性
Stability in a viral infection model
【摘要】 研究一个具有溶免疫反应的病毒传染病模型的全局稳定性。若R0≤1(R0表示病毒基本再生率),则无疾病稳定点是全局渐近稳定的;若1<R0<C(C为常数),则免疫系统破坏;若R0>C,则发生地方流行病。
【Abstract】 This paper investigates the global stability of a viral infection model with lytic immune response.If the basic reproductive ratio of the virus is less than or equal to one,by the LaSalle’s in variance principle,the disease-free steady state is globally asymptotically stable.If the basic reproductive ratio of the virus is greater than one but less than or equal to a constant,then the immune-exhausted steady state is globally asymptotically stable.The endemic steady state is globally asymptotically stable if the inverse is valid.
