【Abstract】 The features of normal universities and colleges in the western region and the grim situation of teachers group construction require that we should uphold the scientific view of development,that we conscientiously do all fundamental jobs for teachers group construction,putting teachers first,orientating teachers professionalism and motivating innovation and renewal ideas.In the face of the future and innovation,we should make great efforts to explore the reform approach to adapt for the features of our own universities and colleges in constructing teachers group and bring up the competitive position of normal universities and colleges in the western region.更多还原
