【摘要】 采用液体摇瓶培养法,对Bti 99-11菌株培养条件进行了研究。结果表明:Bti 99-11液体培养的最佳培养基配方为g(.L-1):玉米淀粉20,酵母粉25,CaCO31,KH2PO41,K2HPO41,MgSO40.3,CaCl20.3,CuCl20.1,FeCl30.1,添加剂Ⅰ号1,添加剂Ⅱ号2。采用500m L三角瓶装量25m L、230r.min-1为最佳培养条件;40t发酵罐发酵试验,发酵生物效价达到302ITU.μL-1。更多还原

【Abstract】 The condition of Bacillus thuringiensis 99-11 in submerged culture with shake flask were studied in this paper.Experimental results showed that the best composition of the cultural medium was as follow(g·L-1):corn starch 20,yeast powder 25,CaCO31,KH2PO41,K2HPO41,MgSO40.3,CaCl20.3,CuCl20.1,FeCl30.1,replenisher No.I 1,replenisher No.II 2.500mL conical bottle contained 25mL liquid cultural medium and 230 r·min-1 were the optimum cultural conditions,and the potency of 40t tank fermentation test were 302 ITU·μL-1.更多还原
