白魔芋高效再生体系的建立及其抗生素敏感性研究

【摘要】 采用白魔芋不同组织为外植体,进行愈伤组织诱导和植株再生,并对叶柄诱导而来的愈伤组织进行抗生素敏感性试验。结果表明,叶柄外植体诱导的愈伤组织生长势强,继代培养增殖快,植株再生快。抗生素敏感性试验表明,魔芋愈伤组织对卡那霉素极不敏感,而对G418具有较好的敏感性。抗生素G418的适宜使用浓度以30mg.L-1为宜,羧苄青霉素的浓度以250mg.L-1为宜。

【Abstract】 The calli were induced and plantlets were regenerated in vitro from different tissues of A. albus and the antibiotic sensitivity of the calli was tested which was derived from petioles. The results showed that the calli from petiole had the advantages in growth vigour, reproduction of subculture and plant regeneration. The test of antibiotic sensitivity suggested that A. albus was sensitive to antibiotic G418 but not to kanamycin. The suitable concentration to G418 for selecting was 30mg·L-1 and to carbenicillin for inhibiting was 250mg·L-1.
