【Abstract】 JIT procurement equilibrium in Project Management is studied in this paper. According to the process and methodology of interaction between the buyer and supplier in Procurement, PM JIT Procurement Equilibrium Mathematics Models are set up with Game Theory and the application analysis of the model is performed.
