【摘要】 对发生于同一鸡场不同日龄鸡群的大肠杆菌病和鸡霍乱病例,进行了发病情况及病理变化方面的检验。同时取新鲜病死鸡的脏器组织为材料进行细菌分离,经对36株分离菌的形态特征、理化特性等的鉴定,结果表明:分别为大肠杆菌(E.coli)和多杀巴斯德氏菌败血亚种(P.m u ltocid a subsp.sep tica),并通过人工感染试验证明分离菌为相应感染症的致病菌。更多还原

【Abstract】 The pathogenic examination on colibacillosis and fowl cholera of chicken were examined which occurred different years on one chicken farm.Pathogenic bacteria were isolated from samples of inner tissues.The results revealed that the isolates belonged to E.coli and P.multocida respectively through identification on morphological,physiological and biochemical characteristics of 36 strains,and the isolated bacteria were pathogenic bacteria of the according infection by artificially infected experiment.更多还原
