【摘要】 对唐山某养猪场流行的一种以腿部关节肿大为特征的慢性疾病,进行了细菌的分离纯化、形态和培养特性观察、生化鉴定、药敏试验和动物感染试验,发现此病是由α溶血型链球菌引起的猪链球菌病,此细菌具有致病性,但是细菌的种群未测定出。建议猪场采取积极措施进行药物治疗和疫苗免疫。更多还原

【Abstract】 There is a chornic contagious of swine Characterized by joint abscess in Tangshan.In this article,through isolation and purifing,morphological character,biochemical specificity experiment,clinical signs,antimicrobid susceotibility and pathologic dissect,the result indicated that the isolated bacteria belonged to genus streptococcus,and most of the strains showed hemolysis α on the blood plate.But the strains could not been typed.So they must be treatment by medicine and immune.更多还原
