子午线轮胎静态接触的有限元分析

【摘要】 采用ANSYS软件非线性分析技术,通过三维体单元、层单元和接触单元,建立了60系列的R15型子午线轮胎的三维有限元模型。根据相对运动的原理,使用Pilot节点控制刚性目标面压向轮胎,得到了在接触过程中的轮胎各部位的变形和应力情况,为进一步进行子午线轮胎的动态接触分析和结构优化设计奠定了基础。

【Abstract】 Using the Non-linear analysis technology of ANSYS software,the three-dimension finite element model of radial tyre is built with 3D volume element,layer element and contacting element.According to the theory of relative moving,contact conditions between charged tyre and ground are obtained by using pilot node to control the moving of rigid-target surface,thus,the distribution status of contact moulage in diversified conditions and distortion status of the tyre in the different position are accepted.The result is very helpful for further dynamic contact analysis by using the pilot node and optimum design for the radial tyre.
