【摘要】 以退耕还林工程为背景,以参与式造林质量控制的研究与创新项目要求为依据,对平山县上三汲乡河渠村农民退耕还林状况进行了调查。结果表明:农户对退耕还林政策的满意程度依次取决于国家的补偿政策、经济收入调整、村民的文化程度、还林的技术要求程度、还林树种选择、对政策的了解程度等。并对这些因子进行了量化分析。提出了提高农民退耕还林积极性的几点建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 On the background of the project of returning grain plots to forestry,a survey was carried out in Hequ village, Shangsanji township of Pingshan county. The results show that the satisfaction of fanners are mainly depended on the policy, the economy income, the literacy of the fanners, the skill in the project of returning grain plots to forestry, the choice of the trees, the farmers comprehension about policy. This paper also puts forward several suggestions for improving the farmer’s positivism to the project.更多还原
