【Abstract】 Interpersonal relationships are psychological and behavioural relations which should be established and developed among human beings through their associations and interactions. Motives of economic activities associate with harmony of interpersonal relationships closely. Improving beneficial results of economic activities needs harmony of interpersonal relationships. Harmony of interpersonal relationships can enhance human labor capital, lower the transaction cost and create cooperation effectiveness. Therefore,they should be recognized as human forces which can promote economic organization to develop and expand.更多还原
