【Abstract】 By analyzing some advantages and disadvantages which lie in the present hydraulic balance regulating method in heating network, and by the means of using calculating and measuring in a computer and a single flowmeter, a comprehensive regulation method outside tube network which is both theoretically and practicallyoperational is put forward and the application programming of hydraulic balance regulation is drawn up in heating net-work.
