【摘要】 价值工程是一门技术与经济相结合的现代化管理科学.对价值工程的概念、功能评价的方法及在工程建设决策、设计、施工阶段的重要作用进行了阐述.
【Abstract】 Value engineering is a modern management science which combines techology with economy.This paper elaborates the concept of value engineering, the methods of function evaluation and the significantfunction in strategic decision,design and the stage of construction in engineering construction.
