【Abstract】 Neoclassical economics holds that sunk cost is not a factor calling for consideration in decision-making. However, in reality, sunk cost still affects an enterprise’s decision making, especially for strategic transfer. After defining the concept of sunk cost, this article provides a strategic transfer model conforming to the type of sunk cost. Finally, the author points out the faults in this article as well as some problems that require further research.更多还原
