高分子网络凝胶法制备纳米α-Fe2O3粉体
Preparation of Nanometer-sized α-Fe2O3 by Polyacrylamide Gel Method
【摘要】 以丙烯酰胺为聚合单体,N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为网络剂,用高分子网络凝胶法在低温下制备了-αFe2O3纳米粉体。用XRD、TEM等对所制备的-αFe2O3纳米粉体进行了表征,考察了制备条件对产物平均粒径、形貌的影响。结果表明:利用丙烯酰胺自由基聚合反应,同时利用网络剂有两个活化双键的双功能团效应,将高分子链联结起来而获得的凝胶具有极小且均匀的网络,限制了-αFe2O3晶粒之间的团聚,制备出了平均粒径在25~40 nm之间的均分散球形-αFe2O3纳米粒子;干凝胶分解温度、单体与网络剂质量配比、烧结温度和烧结时间均对粉体的形貌、团聚状态和平均粒径大小有一定的影响。
【Abstract】 The acrylamide and N,N′-methylenediacrylamide were used to make a polyacrylamide gel from an aqueous solution of iron nitrate.The characterization of powders of nanometer-sized α-Fe2O3 was studied by XRD and TEM.The experimental results showed that because of polyacrylamide network the particle of(α-Fe2O3) crystalline was global,the average particle diameter size of nanometer-sized α-Fe2O3 was about 25 to(40 nm),and the temperature calcined and the time calcined of dry gel,the ratio of acrylamide and N,N′-methylenediacrylamide had a certain effect on the appearance and size of nanometer-sized α-Fe2O3.
