高分子马来酸酐-牛磺酸-丙烯酸共聚物反相乳液合成及阻垢分散性能研究
Reversed Emulsion Polymerization and Study on Scale Inhibition and Dispersion Ability of Multipolymer MA-TA-AA
【摘要】 研究了以环己烷为分散介质、油水比为1.6、Span80-Tween80为乳化剂、过硫酸钾为引发剂,反相乳液聚合 合成高分子马来酸酐-牛磺酸-丙烯酸共聚物(MA-TA-AA)。通过静态阻垢实验评价了该共聚物时水中CaCO3、 Ca3(PO4)2的阻垢效果。探讨了共聚物的药剂用量、温度、pH值、水体硬度对阻垢率的影响以及分散氧化铁的性能。并 用IR法对其结构进行了表征。该合成工艺符合环保要求,能减少副反应、提高产率,合成的阻垢剂具有耐高温、高硬度、 高碱度、宽pH值的优良阻垢性能。
【Abstract】 With cyclohexane as the dispersion medium, the oil and water being 1. 6,Span80-Tween80 as the emulsifier, the potassium persulfate as the initiator,polymer maleic anhydride-taurine -acrylic acid (MA-TA-AA) is synthesized and the performance of its scale inhibition is evaluated by scale static beaker tests of CaCO3, Ca3(PO4)2. The copolymer’s disperse property for Fe2O3 and effect on inhibition with amount of reagent, temperature, pH value and hardness has been explored. Its structure is characterized by IR. This synthesis technology, standing a favourable position nowadays, satisfies the demand of environmental protection. It can lessen the side reaction, reduce cost and improve the rate of production. The synthesized inhibitor contains excellent scale inhibition adapting to high temperature, high hardness, high basicity and a wide range of pH.
