【Abstract】 Wide range porous anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) film with highly ordered pores can be prepared by using a two-step anodization technique. In this paper, we introduced in detail the preparation technics of AAO film with highly pure aluminum and studied the factors that affected surface topography and pore parameter of AAO film and then obtained some rules.
