合成回路试验电流引入可靠性的研究
Study of the Reliability of Current Injection for Synthetic Circuit Test
【摘要】 阐述了影响合成试验成功的关键技术问题,采用光隔、单片机等技术实现了合成回路各开关时序以及电流引入时间的准确控制,提高了合成试验可靠性和成功率,并开发了单片机数据采集和合成回路试验控制系统。
【Abstract】 Based on the synthetic circuit test for vacuum switch, the factors that influence the success of the synthetic test are analyzed. The microcomputer system of time controlling for trigging a gap switch and experimental date processing is developed. The current injection time can be controlled more precisely. Triggingtime for a gap switch is more reliable and the synthetic test can be made more efficiently. The computer control system is very helpful for studying and developing applications of vacuum switch.
