HMX粒度对其撞击感度的影响研究

【摘要】 通过实验研究了6种粒度HMX的撞击感度,以及将粗细颗粒的样品按一定比例级配后对撞击感度的影响.结果表明,HMX粒度与其撞击感度存在显著的线性相关关系,经粗细颗粒级配后的样品的撞击感度介于粗颗粒样品和细颗粒样品的撞击感度之间,且随着细颗粒所占比例的增大,级配样品的撞击感度减小.本文从理论上对实验结果进行了探讨.

【Abstract】 This paper is an experimental investigation into the particle size of HMX, which is within six ranges, on its impact sensitivity, and the effects of the gradation of coarse and fine particle HMX on its impact sensitivity. It is shown that particle size is in an obviously linear correlation with impact sensitivity and that the impact sensitivity of bimodal formulation of fine and coarse particles is between the sensitivity of fine particle sample and coarse particle sample. The impact sensitivity of bimodal formulation decreases with the decrease in the proportion of fine particles. Theoretical analyses are presented following experimental results.
