粉末Tb0.27Dy0.73Fe2的最佳磁粉粒度研究
The Study of the Best Size of Powder Tb0.27Dy0.73Fe2
【摘要】 从磁场取向和铁磁体磁化出发,研究了粉末Tb0.27Dy0.73Fe2的最佳磁粉粒度.计算结果表明:Tb0.27Dy0.73Fe2磁粉颗粒的单畴临界直径为22nm,磁粉粒度小于22nm时整个颗粒为单畴结构;磁粉粒度大于22nm时,磁粉将过渡到多畴结构.所以理论上粉末Tb0.27Dy0.73Fe2的最佳磁粉粒度为纳米数量级.理论值与实验值的偏离,主要是因为细颗粒磁粉比粗颗粒磁粉更容易氧化且细颗粒的浸润性较差.
【Abstract】 The tropism theory of magnet in magnetic field and the best size of powder Tb0.27Dy0.73Fe2 are investigated. The calculated result has been shown that the critical size of single magnetic domain Tb0.27Dy0.73Fe2 is 22 nm. If the size of powder Tb0.27Dy0.73Fe2 less than 22 nm, it is single magnetic domain structure. If the size bigger than 22 nm, it is many magnetic domain structure. Then the best size of powder Tb0.27Dy0.73Fe2 is about 22 nm. The value of theory is different with the value of experiment. It is because smaller powder be oxidated easier then bigger powder.
