【摘要】 以河北省 1978 年~2002 年的经验数据为样本,对人力资本的贡献率进行了估计并检验了人力资本对产出的长期增长效应.结果表明人力资本对经济的贡献率显著为正,且专业化人力资本贡献比基础人力资本大;但在长期由于从业人员增长率高于人力资本的增长率,导致当前河北省的人力资本水平没有明显提高,人力资本对经济不具有长期增长效应.更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper assesses the contribution rate of Human Capital and tests its long-term effect on economic output by analyzing the data about Hebei from 1978 to 2002. The conclusion manifests that the rate that Human Capital contributes to the economic growth is significantly positive, especially, the specialization’s human capital plays a more important role in the economic growth than the ordinary human capital does; but in long term, the current level of human capital is still low since human capital growth did not keep the same pace with labor growth, so Human Capital doesn’t have long-term effect on the economic growth.更多还原
