【摘要】 我国当前的监狱学研究在繁荣的表象背后潜藏着危机。主体意识匮乏、学术视野狭窄、研究方法单调、学术规范欠缺等问题,是束缚监狱学发展的突出问题,而这些问题的根本症结在于监狱学研究的封闭性。只有推行全方位的开放,包括研究意识的开放、研究主体的开放、研究内容的开放和研究方法的开放等,才能使监狱学走向良性发展之路。更多还原

【Abstract】 In China, Penology research face crisis in despite of it’s exterior prosperity. Some problems influence the smoothly development of Penology science, such as the lack of subjective consciousness, the narrowness of academic vision, the monotony of research method, and the lack of academic norm, etc. The rundamental cause of these problems is the closeness of Penology reserach. Only open the Penology Science in all domains, including the openness of research idea, the openness of research subject and the openness of research method, can Penology step into the road of well development.更多还原
