【Abstract】 All value orientations in sport legislation construct a system with several aspects, several dimensions and several layers. As a result, there are some inevitable conflicts among them. One is a conflict between value orientations of economic efficiency and fare competition. The second is a conflict between value orientations of sport order and fare competition. The third is a kind of deviation of the value of all development in competitive sport. Finally, the article suggests three principles to integrate these conflicts: the principle of value superiority , the principle of balance and the principle of the lowest business cost.更多还原
