【Abstract】 By seeking the development of the culture view of Feng You - lan, we can find out that all the deep insights of Fen You - lan about culture were run through by a thought of differing generality and particularity, which was the metaphysics core of the culture outlook of Feng You-lan. Feng You-lan differed "type" and "individual", which provided the way to distinguish the culture of the east and the west.
