【Abstract】 The board of directors is placed in the core position connecting link in the corporate governance.Under the different structure of ownership,the function of the board of directors is different so that a set of system must be made to guarantee its function developing effectively.But the current system of the board of directors has some defects so that the efficiency of the board of directors governance is very low.This paper researches how to make innovations on the board of directors to guarantee corporate governance the most efficient from the different structure of ownership angle.更多还原
