大型汽轮机组变权综合状态评价模型研究
Research on variable weight synthesizing model for condition evaluating on large steam turbine
【摘要】 针对大型汽轮机组系统复杂,难以进行精确综合状态评价的问题,在系统划分和状态特征参数提取的基础上,提出了变权综合状态评价模型。该方法充分利用设备运行参数、状态监测参数和运行统计参数,实现了不同层次系统或设备的状态评价。应用该模型于某汽轮机组,并与常权综合评价相比较,计算结果表明,该方法更合理有效,评价结果可为下一步的维修决策提供科学依据。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the issue that large steam turbine is complex and difficult to evaluate its conditions accurately, a model of variable weight synthesizing for condition evaluation is proposed on the basis of system division and characteristic conditionparameters extraction. By usingthe operating parameters, condition monitoring parameters and operation statistic parameters, the conditions of equipment in different levels are evaluated. The model is applied to a steam turbine set, and compared with a constant weight synthesizing method.
