聚天冬氨酸及其复配对3%NaCl溶液中黄铜的缓蚀作用

【摘要】 采用交流阻抗法和极化曲线法,研究了两种环境友好型水处理药剂聚天冬氨酸和钨酸钠的单一配方及其复配对3%N aC l溶液中黄铜的缓蚀效果。研究表明:聚天冬氨酸和钨酸钠各自的单一配方对于黄铜均具有一定的缓蚀效果,其中聚天冬氨酸在浓度为40 m g/L时对黄铜的缓蚀效果最佳,钨酸钠在浓度为40 m g/L时缓蚀效果最佳。在缓蚀剂总浓度为40 m g/L时,聚天冬氨酸与钨酸钠配比为3∶1时对黄铜的缓蚀效果最佳,且具有缓蚀协同效应。

【Abstract】 AC impedance method and polarization curve were used to study the inhibition effects of environmental friendly inhibitors PASP,Na2WO4 and the complex of PASP and Na2WO4 for brass corrosion in 3% NaCl solution.The results indicate that PASP and Na2WO4 both have the inhibition effects for brass corrosion.PASP showed the best inhibition effect for brass corrosion at the PASP concentration of 40 mg/L.(Na2 WO4) Showed the best inhibition effect at the Na2WO4 concentration of 40 mg/L.At the total inhibitor concentration of 40 mg/L,when the ratio of PASP to Na2WO4 was 3∶1 the complex showed good inhibition effect for brass corrosion and showed synergistic effects.
