厚朴中清除氧自由基主要有效成分的确定

【摘要】 采用荧光分光光度法测定了厚朴中的2种药效成分厚朴酚与和厚朴酚对羟自由基和过氧化氢的清除作用,对羟自由基的半数清除率分别为0.081mg/L和0.091mg/L;对过氧化氢的半数清除率分别为2.357mg/L和2.772mg/L.计算结果表明:这2种成分在厚朴中的质量分数仅占4.64%,但它们对这2种活性氧的清除作用却在厚朴相应清除作用中占到56.70%和54.91%,由此确定了该2种成分为厚朴清除2种活性氧的主要成分.同时测得抗坏血酸对羟自由基和过氧化氢的半数清除率分别为0.180mg/L和3.739mg/L,清除作用相对较弱.

【Abstract】 The eliminating action of magnolol and honokiol in the herb of magnolia officinalis for hydroxyl radical and hydrogen peroxide are determined with fluorescence spectrophotometry. The half elimination ratio of magnolol and honokiol is 0.081 mg/L and 0.091 mg/L for hydroxyl radical, and 2.357 mg/L and (2.772 mg/L) for hydrogen peroxide. It is shown that the concentration of magnolol and honokiol in the herb of magnolia officinalis is only 4.64%, however, the eliminating action of them for the two kinds of active oxygen is up to (56.70%) and 54.91% of magnolia. The results confirm that magnolol and honokiol are the two main efficient compositions of magnolia for eliminating the two kinds of active oxygen. The half elimination ratio of vitamin C for hydroxyl radical and hydrogen peroxide is 0.180 mg/L and 3.739 mg/L, and its eliminating action is weaker than magnolol and honokiol.
