TC4钛合金的TIG焊接工艺及缺陷分析

【摘要】 研究了4 mm厚TC4钛合金板的TIG焊工艺及接头力学性能和其焊缝金相组织,并对相应的焊接缺陷做了分析,总结出焊接电流为100~120 A时,焊缝质量最佳,接头力学性能也良好。

【Abstract】 The TIG welding technology of 4 mm thick TC4 titanium alloy plate and the mechanical properties and metallography structure of the joint were studied as well as the welding deficiency was analyzed in this paper.It was concluded that when the welding current was in the range of 100~120 A,the best welding quality and mechanical properties of the joints were obtained.
