液体火箭发动机关键部件自动焊工艺

【摘要】 以发动机关键件之一的燃气发生室为例,针对其具体结构合理设计了焊接试件,运用正交试验的方法对焊接工艺参数进行筛选,得到影响焊接质量的主要影响因子和最优工艺参数匹配。最后编制了相应的焊接工艺管理信息系统,可以方便的新增、修改、删除、浏览、查询和排序焊缝参数、焊接规范和焊接效果等,在实际生产中受到用户好评。

【Abstract】 In order to improve efficiency and quality in the welding process of some given liquid rocket engine, automatic welding methods should be adopted to replace the traditional manual welding method. As an example, the experiments to obtain optimizing parameters of automatic pulsed TIG welding of firebox (one of the key parts of liquid rocket engine) are introduced in this paper. According to the specific structure of the firebox, suitable welding testing plates is designed and orthogonal testing method is used to optimize automatic welding parameters. The factors mainly affected the weld quality and combinations of optimizing welding parameters are acquired. Then a welding process management information system is developed, in which the welding parameters are convenient to be added, amended, deleted, browsed, searched and ranked.
