【摘要】 目的建立糖络通胶囊中的黄连、西洋参、何首乌、延胡索的鉴别方法。方法利用薄层色谱鉴别糖络通胶囊中的黄连、西洋参、何首乌、延胡索。结果对处方中的四味药材进行了薄层色谱分析,斑点清晰,相互间分离良好,专属性强,空白实验表明阴性样品对药材的鉴别没有干扰。结论该方法简便可行,重现性好,为糖络通胶囊质量控制提供了方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the identification of Rhizoma Coptis,Radix Panacis quinquefolii,Radix Polygoni Multiflori,Rhizoma Corydalis in the priscription of Capsule TangLuoTong.METHODS Rhizma Coptis,Radix Panacis quinquefolii,Radix Polygoni Multiflori,hizoma Corydalis were identified by thin-layer-chromatography.RESULTS Four contents in the prescription were analyzed.The methods were strong specificitied and the blank test showed no interference.CONCLUSION The methods are simple,sensitive and accurate with good reproducibility and can be used for quality control of Capsule TangLuo Tong.更多还原
