【摘要】 目的 　建立 HPLC测定当归四逆汤中芍药苷的定量方法。 方法 　以反相高效液相法测定芍药苷的含量。固定相 :Shimpack CL C-ODS(15 0 mm× 6mm) ,流动相 :乙腈 -0 .1%磷酸水溶液 (17∶ 83 ) ,检测波长 :2 3 0 nm。 结果 　芍药苷在 9.1-91μg· m L- 1范围内线性良好 (r=0 .9999) ,平均加样加收率为 10 0 .3 6% ,RSD为 1.91%。 结论 　该方法简便准确 ,专属性强 ,能满足该制剂质量标准的要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE The purpose is to develop the method for determining the contert of Paeoniflorin.METHODS The Paeoniflorin in Dangguisini granules was determined by HPLC. The separation was performed on Shimpack CLC-ODS column with Acetonitrile-0.1% phosphate acid(17∶83)as mobile phase.Paeoniflorin was detected at 230nm.RESULTS The calibration curve was linear (r=0.9999)in the range of 9.1-91μg·mL -1 for Paeoniflorin. The average recovery was 100.36% and RSD was 1.91%.CONCLUSION The method was simple, specific and accurate, and can effectively control quality of Dangguisini granules.更多还原
