【摘要】 目的 　探讨倍他司汀对小鼠肝微粒体内细胞色素 P4 50 的影响。方法 　小鼠灌胃 14 .4mg.kg- 1 · d- 1 的倍他司汀 ,连续 10 d,然后测定其肝微体中 Cyt-P4 50 含量 ,并与苯巴比妥钠、西咪替丁、组胺、美吡拉敏组比较。结果 　与对照组生理盐水比较 ,倍他司汀组 Cty-P4 50 含量明显减少 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,西咪替丁组 Cyt-P4 50 含量明显减少 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,苯巴比妥钠组 Cyt-P4 50 含量明显增加 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,美吡拉敏组 ,组胺组 Cyt-P4 50 含量有增加 ,但不明显 (P>0 .0 5 )。 结论 　倍他司汀能明显降低小鼠 Cyt-P4 50 含量 ,对肝药酶有明显抑制作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study the effect of Betahistine on the content of cytchrome P 450 of mice.METHODS Mice is given medicines for 10days to analyze the effect of Betahistine on the content of cytochrome P 450 in comparsion with Cimetidine,Phenobabital sodium,Mepyramine,Histamine groups.RESULTS Copared with control group,the Cyt-P 450 content of liver microsomes in the Betahistine and Cimetidine groups ars significantl reduced(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Betahistine can reduce the content of Cyt-P 450 and has obvious restraint on the cytochrome P450 of the mice.更多还原
