【摘要】 目的评价椎间孔阻滞加痛点注药在带状疱疹后神经痛(简称PHN)中的治疗效果。方法本组共60例,随机分成二组;治疗组30例,采用椎间孔阻滞加痛点注药;对照组30例,单用椎间孔阻滞治疗。阻滞液为含克痛宁的混合液。结果治疗后3-8周,两组显效率分别为76.67%、90.00%,经统计学处理差异显著(P<0.05);依随访时间延长,两组镇痛效果为优的病例均无疼痛复发或加重,而原镇痛效果非显著的病例疼痛在逐渐缓解,12个月内,两组原镇痛效果非显著的病例22例中有11例转为优(占50%),提示含克痛宁的阻滞液行神经阻滞治疗有可能存在远期疗效。结论椎间孔阻滞加痛点注药是治疗PHN的一种较理想方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of intervertebral foramen block combined with pain spot injection in the treatment of post-herpetic neuralgia (PHN). Methods 60 cases of PHN patients were divided randomly into treatment group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases). In the treatment group, the patients were treated with intervertebral foramen block plus pain spot injection, and the patients were treated with intervertebral foramen block in the control group. The block fluid was mixture fluid of Cobratoxin. Results After 3～8 weeks, the obvious effective rate was 90.00% in the treatment group, 76.67% in the control group, significant difference was found in two group (P<0.05) by statistical analysis. The pain of patients whose analgesic effect was obvious in two groups was no recurrence or worsened, and the pain of patients whose analgesic effect was no obvious was remission. After 12 months, the analgesic effect of 11 patients (50%) whose analgesic effect was no obvious at first was obvious, that showed the block fluid of Cobratoxin had long-term curative effect in treating PRN. Conclusions The intervertebral foramen block combined with pain spot injection is an effective method in treating post-herpetic neuralgia.更多还原
